Information we use

The service keeps the information needed to organize games:

• Your name and phone number, availability, time preferences, and timezone.
• Invitations, registrations, cancellations, waiting-list choices, and related scheduling records.
• Internal scheduling preferences and organizer notes used to arrange games.
• Messages, delivery status, and records of messaging permission and opt-outs.
• First-party activity associated with your private dashboard link: page opens, game and availability views, opening the proposed participation release, submitted scheduling or photo actions, and technical errors, with timestamps. The dashboard also saves whether that release link was opened from your page. “Viewed” does not mean signed or agreed. Bruno can review these records to help with scheduling and problems. A link visit does not verify who opened it.

You may also choose to save a profile photo, and Bruno may add one when creating your player profile. The service stores a small copy and removes embedded metadata, such as location information. Camera and photo-library access happen only when you choose the corresponding control; selecting a picture does not upload it until you save.

We use these records to manage schedules, provide your personal dashboard, handle your choices, and send the scheduling notifications you have agreed to receive.

Your SMS permission

Before automated texts begin, Bruno must obtain your affirmative verbal consent in person or by phone using the verbal SMS consent script. He must provide the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms links before you decide. Permission to receive texts is optional and separate from joining the player directory.

Bruno must keep a private written record of your name, phone number, date and time, consent method, script version, and affirmative answer. The script page does not collect or record consent.

The optional recurring messages concern weekly availability, invitations, game changes, cancellations or removals, reminders, and waiting-list offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. When messaging is active, reply HELP for help, or contact brunojfrancois@gmail.com.

Adding your number to a list, importing a contact, visiting this website, or opening a dashboard does not provide SMS consent. You may withdraw permission by replying STOP. Opt-out records are kept to prevent future imports from resubscribing you.

Who can see information

Bruno can access the records needed to organize games. A relevant game’s details may show registered players’ first names and the number of people waiting. Players cannot see other players’ phone numbers or availability responses.

Your profile photo is visible to Bruno and anyone with your private dashboard link. It is not shown on other players’ game pages.

Your personal dashboard link provides access to your page. Keep it private and contact Bruno if you think someone else has it.

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores its online records. When SMS is enabled, Twilio will process phone numbers, message content, consent or opt-out events, and delivery information to provide messaging. These service providers also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as connection information.

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We also do not sell or share other personal information for marketing purposes.

Cookies and browser storage

The organizer dashboard uses a sign-in cookie. Player pages use browser session storage to keep unsaved availability choices, open sections, and pending actions during a browsing session. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on these pages.

Session storage also briefly holds basic activity events for retry if the connection fails. Activity records do not contain passwords, private dashboard URLs, message text, keystrokes, location, or device fingerprints. Signed-in organizer previews are labeled separately.

Keeping and updating records

Scheduling and consent records are kept for organizing games and maintaining permission history; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Minimum opt-out records are retained so an unsubscribe continues to be honored.

The separate dashboard activity history is kept for up to 90 days and is removed during normal activity processing. Unsent browser activity is retried for up to 24 hours within that browser session.

You can replace or remove your profile photo on your personal dashboard. Removing it hides it from your dashboard and Bruno’s view; private backups may retain earlier copies.

You may ask Bruno to review, correct, provide a copy of, or delete your information. Requests are handled manually, and the minimum record needed to honor an opt-out may remain.
